The Vernon ATV Club’s third year participating in Canada Day in Polson Park was our most successful yet. In our second year offering rides on the kiddie train approximately 1,000 people of all ages took rides along a longer course than last year’s train ride.
Banner Recreation and Vernon Motorsports provided the tow vehicles this year for the twelve colourful carts. Despite gusty winds and a short spurt of rain families lined up for rides all day and the train continued to run long after all other Canada Day vendors and displays packed up.
